Synthesis, Audio Frequency Conductance and Thermodynamic Studies of Mgnesium (II), Barium (II), and Copper (II) Adipates; Zaki Naser Kadhim, Anis A. AL-Najar,Ahemd Salim; Inter. J. Acad. Stud. 2(2): (2016) 67-88

Abstract:
The Salts of magnesium, barium and copper adipates have been prepared by two routes, chemical and, for the first time, electrochemical methods. The electrical conductance at low frequency of aqueous solution of these salts were calculated at various temperatures in the range of 298.15 K to 313.15 K, by means of an audio frequency conductance bridge. The estimation of conductance data was carried out by minimization technique using theoretical conductance equations of the complete and modified forms of Pitts (P) and Fuoss-Hsia (F-H) equations. Quantitative results showed that these salts did not behave as ''strong'' electrolytes, and that their dissociations are far from complete. The extraordinary of low conductance of these compounds may be due to the existence of electrically neutral molecules but to the ion-pair formation. The Walden product values, as well as the standard thermodynamic functions (ΔH˚, ΔG˚, ΔS˚) for the association reactions at four temperatures studied, have been evaluated from the temperature dependent of Λ and KA respectively.

Abstract:
The leave management system has been done by Kenya Commercial Bank IT department but it has some drawbacks for example staffs can only apply for leave while within the bank intranet platform and therefore there is a need to develop multi platform leave management system. Large percentage of the staff at the bank still apply leave manually and this is due to inadequate IT skills, inadequate leave application platforms  and resistance to change hence there is a need to develop multi platform leave management system with very simple one page leave application form. The current leave system lacks reminders therefore not efficient. It also supports limited number of employees and subjective to errors hence there is a need to develop multi platform leave management system. The current leave system also lack central database which can be used as source of future reference both for the employees and auditors hence there need for E-leave management system which supports centralized database system.

Modeling fertility rate of Rwanda in the presence of interference: the 1994 genocide; Odero Everlyne Akoth, Fredrick O. Onyango, Edgar O. Otumba; Inter. J. Acad. Stud.  2(2): (2016) 103-114

Abstract:
Modeling of fertility rate has attracted the interest of demographers for many years. However, very little has been documented in the existing literature concerning modeling of fertility in the presence of interference, yet interference to fertility is a common phenomenon. In this this study, we have modeled fertility rate in the presence of interference. We  have fitted Probability distribution (alternative statistical models )  to both interference free data set of Rwanda 1992 and  to the Rwanda 2000 fertility data set which had interference in it, so as to determine the effect of interference on the shape of the fertility data. The parameter of the distributions were estimated and then fitted by use of the maximum likelihood estimation method available in the `fitdistriplus' package in the R statistical software. The model life table approach was also used to determine the net fertility value F0 which was modeled from the net reproduction value R0 .A relationship between fertility rate in the presence of interference and population growth was then established. A major finding of this study is that interference free fertility data fit a gamma distribution, data containing interference fit a modified gamma distribution with a mounded but skewed shape. The results also show in the presence of interference F0 >2 hence population increases.

Abstract:
Employment is the main form of social inclusion, the surest factor in improving living conditions and prevention against the risk of poverty and vulnerability and developer of social cohesion in a country.
The disparity in the distribution of employment and job insecurity that characterizes some in Morocco, it is understandable that many of those who occupy positions live as forms of disguised unemployment.
Therefore, the purpose of our work is to present a reflection on the feedback experience system (Rex) applied to improve the employability in Morocco. We begin by defining the principle of experience feedback. Then, using Ishikawa diagram on the non-feedback, we will identify and analyze the barriers and expectations of young job seekers to be able to realize a return of efficient experience. 
Our work is based on three phases of feedback to know:
- The capitalization phase: the process input in terms of location and data storage of employability elements in Morocco.
- The treatment phase: the transformation cycle of experience input elements and knowledge used by feedback process.
- The operational phase: the valorization of these experiences and expectations for the objective to improve employability in Morocco.
We put our work in the form of feedback experience, based on the approaches of economic intelligence.
Finally, with these results, we present the principles of solution implementation and the interests to combine the Rex system to data mining algorithms.

Characteristics and Modern Applications of Hybrid Polymer Composites- A Review; M. S. EL-Wazery; Inter. J. Acad. Stud.  2(2): (2016) 126-143

Abstract:
Hybrid polymer composites are fabricated by collecting two or more fibers or particulate fillers in individual polymer matrix. Hybrid composites can be combining from artificial fiber or natural fibers or both of them. Hybrid polymer composite material offers the designer to obtain the required characteristics in a controlled considerable extent by the choice of suitable fibers or fillers and polymer matrix. The mechanical characteristics of a hybrid composite mainly depend upon the fibre content, length of individual fibres, fiber orientation, and fibre to matrix bonding and configuration of both the fibre and filler. The investigation of the novel applications of hybrid composites has been of interest to the researchers for many years as an evident from notices. This paper summarized a review on the mechanical characteristics and the potential application of hybrid polymer composites. Also, it concerned on different properties of artificial and natural fibers and its applications which were used to substitute glass fiber.
